Tim and Demi Tebow will lead a special moment in this Night to Shine: Celebrate at Home experience where they will announce every honored guest as the king or queen of Night to Shine!  If you have a crown or tiara, we encourage you to have it ready before starting the crowning video and either place it on your head or have a family member or friend place it on your head.  Crowns and tiaras can be purchased from a local retailer (party or costume shop) or ordered online.

Consider gathering some fun items or special prizes to use and enjoy throughout the evening. Here are a few ideas!
• Maracas, musical instruments or noisemakers
• Pompoms, thunder sticks or foam fingers
• Glow sticks or other fun glow items
• Bubbles
• Corsage or Boutonniere (real or silk)
• Confetti poppers
• Sunglasses

• Choose a menu that is special for your guest or family.
• Meal could be an all-time favorite, something new, or even delivery from a favorite restaurant.
• Decorate the table with flowers, tablecloth, confetti, etc.
• Consider using special occasion dishes or purchase festive partyware.
• Instead of a sit-down meal, you may prefer to enjoy snacks and treats during your Night to Shine: Celebrate at Home experience.

• String up twinkle lights.
• Hang a banner or make posters.
• Move furniture around for best set-up.
• Designate a “dance floor” space.
• Parents or caretakers could even surprise their Guest with a Night to Shine yard sign similar to the birthday and graduation yard decorations that have been popular recently.

Get ready to Shine! Night to Shine is even more fun when you’re dressed up! Whether you decide to purchase new clothes or select favorites from your closet, choose an outfit that makes you feel like a king or queen.

• Ask family members or other living with you not to stream other media while you are celebrating Night to Shine at home!
• The week of the event, test your laptop, computer or tablet by accessing the Night to Shine: Celebrate at Home webpage (www.virtualnighttoshine.com) on the device you plan to use.
• Conduct a trial run if you plan to cast or wire into a TV or external monitor.
• Troubleshoot as needed.

• Select an upbeat music station on your streaming service of choice or the radio.
• Create a playlist of all your favorite songs.
• Have a karaoke contest before or during the Night to Shine: Celebrate at Home experienced with your family or others who may live with you.
• Choose a few slower songs to wind the evening down.

• Plan to take lots of pictures!
• Have a “red carpet” where you or your guest can pose for pictures and be interviewed by family members. 
• We would love to see your pictures! If you choose to share your images with us via social media, tag us using the hashtag #NightToShine. Please note that photos shared with TTF via email or on social media may be used in TTF publications or reshared on TTF social media accounts.

The Night to Shine: Celebrate at Home experience will be available to view online at www.virtualnighttoshine.com beginning February 7, 2025 at 6:00PM (local time zones).  If you visit the website before February 7, you will simply see a digital countdown clock counting down the days, hours, minutes, etc. until the event is available.  The Night to Shine: Celebrate at Home experience is compatible with desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.  You may wish to screenshare or cast to a larger monitor for a more immersive experience.

Night to Shine is an unforgettable worldwide celebration event, centered on God’s love, honoring and valuing people with special needs ages 14 and older.

The Celebrate at Home option will include messages from Tim and Demi Tebow, a red carpet experience, a variety of karaoke songs and instructional dance videos, a crowning ceremony, and a curated Spotify playlist to keep the party going! This year’s experience will give guests the opportunity to choose their own journey through all of the offerings of Night to Shine: Celebrate at Home.  Each video will stand alone and can be played as many times as you would like.  It truly is YOUR Night to Shine!

A: Yes! The event will be pre-recorded and once the event opens at 6PM you will be able to view the full event at any time and as many times as you would like for a full calendar year. 

The Night to Shine: Celebrate at Home experience will be a series of pre-recorded videos so that guests may pause or rewind as needed.  There will be ample audio including spoken messages and music with and without words.  The event will also be available with full American Sign Language interpretation and English captions.

At this time, the Night to Shine: Celebrate at Home experience will be available in American Sign Language, English and English with subtitles.  To access the event in another language, simply select your preferred language from the language menu in the top right-hand corner of the event page (www.virtualnighttoshine.com).
